The short version: we ship within the US, every order ships flat rate, and you can return most items within 30 days.

We ship to addresses in the United States only for now.

Every order ships at one flat rate. You'll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
When your order ships
How fast your order leaves depends on the item.
- Painted items are already finished and in stock. They usually ship within 1 to 2 business days.
- Unpainted items (printed in color or ready to paint) are printed after you order. Most ship within 2 to 3 business days.
- Large pieces can take more than a day just to print. If an item needs extra time, we say so on its product page.
During busy times it may take a little longer. If your order will be late, we'll email you.
Tracking
We email you when your order ships, with tracking information.
Returns
What you can return
You can return painted and unpainted items within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unused and in the condition you got them.
How to return something
- Use the contact form with your order number and what you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with where to send it.
- Once it arrives and we've checked it, we refund your original payment.
Return shipping
You pay return shipping, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
Commissioned paint jobs
We don't take paint commissions yet. When we do, they will need a deposit, and that deposit won't be refundable because the work is made just for you.
Damaged or wrong orders
If something arrives broken or isn't what you ordered, use the contact form within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you, and you won't pay shipping either way.
